skorcherbro
I just loaded and registered the application and activated the dongle for Samp V9Pro on my laptop. When I try to open the application it requires me to update the codemeter from v8 to v9. I click update and when I try to save the codemeter context file I get an "Error accessing local CM-Stick" message. When I try to bypass ( close the dialog box) the codemeter update and just open Samplitude I then get a "Program needs CM stick with 100058:131xxx. (code200) License not found" message. Could there be a firewall issue blocking access to the dongle? Any help getting this newcomer up and recording is greatly appreciated. thank you! John Willett
You *only* need to do this is if you are upgrading v8 to v9. If you are just installing v9 you do *not* have to do this upgrade on the CodeMeter as you already *have* a v9 CodeMeter.

Great thank you John. Now if I try to go straight into program launch I'm still getting the "Program needs CM stick with 100058:131xxx. (code200) License not found" message. Dongle is in the usb port. thank you!
John Willett
It sounds like your registration has not taken - send an e-mail to Samplitude Support - proservice@magix.net They will sort you out.
