Sound Forge Pro 13 silent but Vegsa isn't

When you load this video into Vegas it works nicely but in SForge Pro 13 - very recent update - it's just silent:

Same here Davey,  it plays back fine in VP-9, 16 AND  Sound Forge Pro 10  ... but not in the Magix versions of Sound Forge (pro 12 though 15). It opens and plays, but there is no waveform and just silence.
I think the AAC LC SBR  codec (w/ Spectral Band Replication (SBR) and Parametric Stereo)  is the cause, which I have never encountered AFAIK.
If you really need the audio, 'render to new (PCM) track' in Vegas and then open in SF.
