Problem with registration

Hi guys

I have some issue with registering of my Samplitude 8 Pro. I've bought it about 1.5 years ago on eBay. But something is wrong with a dongle key that I've got, I think. I cannot register it. Well, actually the software is running flawlessly, but I am still not a registered user and have no able to get any update.

I requested for a help on the official site, but..

People, please! Does anyone knows what I haven't done yet or maybe what I've done wrong in order to get this registration?

Please dont keep silence, this freaken situation just drive me crazy!
