I think I just write a list what V9 has that wasn't there in V7:

- Hybrid Audio Engine with more comprehensive Audio monitoring and multi CPU support

- New Surround Engine

- Surround Samplitude FX

- CodeMeter licensing

- Fraunhofer MP3; AAC, Mp3 Surround

- Foldertracks

- TakeComposer

- Robota

- Sascha FX (Variverb, AM|Suite, VE| Suite)

- More Assignable Keyboard and Mouse Functions

- DrumEditor

- Score Editing

- a lot of MIDI improvements

- ReWire support

- Elastic Audio

- Spectral Editing

- Sound Cloner

- AutoJamSession

- Aux Automation

- faster automation monitoring (9.1)

- Vista Compatibility (9.1)

- Monitoring over Dither also for ASIO

That's what I can count up in 5 minutes. The list is certainly not comprehensive. Whom it may concern may fill the gaps.

Cheers,

Sebastian

CD burning has been improved with more dithering options and a verification check that compares the burned disc to the original file.
