Using Vst Plug-ins In Real Time?

Recommended Posts

Hi! New here!

All these plugs work fine when I play recorded tracks. But I can't get them sound in real time, playing guitar or something.

Anyone who has an idea what's wrong?

A set up thing?

Hi Swede and welcome.

You have to choose the right engine.

In TrackFXMonitoring or hybridengine you can monitor VST Plugs. in Trackfx only in Inserts of the recorded Tracks, in HybridMixerFX through auxes and busses.

Search the Manual for further describtion.

Thanks Markus!

I have checked that function - and it doesn't work.

I don't have ASIO, just the built in Intel soundcard. It doesn't sound bad actually.

Should I install ASIO4ALL?

And I have Samplitude 9.1.1 SE

Yes, give it a try. That should do it.
