hello,im running samp.producer 2496 with a delta 1010 interface. whenever i record it will only show 16 bit playback in the lower righthand corner. im using windows 2000 professional,p4 , 1 gig ddr ram, on my old system which was win.98se it showed 24 bit playback. how can i get this in win.2000? thanks, getting frustrated..... :D

Hit "Y", then set internal resolution and Device Resolution/Driver to 32bit. I don't know the MAudio device dialog but make sure that is set at its' highest resolution as well.

Vip buffers 4000 Buffer Number 3-4

(these will have to be raised depending on track count and fx used)

thanks for the reply, but i did this and it still was reading 16 bit at the bottom. could there be internal drivers within windows 2000 that are forcing the audio to 16 bit? i notice under sound and media devices listed with the delta 1010 are some others that i dont know about called legacy audio drivers, audio driver codecs, multimedia drivers etc. etc. about 6 various ones

no it doesnt say that, it just says this is a demo with all working functions with the following limitations then it lists the limitations, like only record for 1 minute etc.
