Converting MIDI to Audio

Recommended Posts

If your talking about a vsti just right click on the track information area and select freeze. If your talking about an outboard synth , plug it into your soundcard and route that to a track.

Thanks.

After recording a MIDI track, I found that playing back the MIDI track in tandem with my VST instrument was doggin' my CPU to death. I was able to TOOLS | TRACK BOUNCE the MIDI file to an audio file. Presto. Discontinue the MIDI and VST assignment and I'm breathing again. Sweet deal. :rolleyes:
