No can do, and why do you wanna do that?

Route everything, except the tracks you don't want to be processed by the "master" inserts, to a subgroup. Then insert the "master" effects on this subgroup instead.

I want to do that because I got some serious EQ in there and I have accoustic guitars to record and the clean guitar sounds too thin going through the master FX. (it's an electric accoustic guitar.. Takamine.. which is plugged directly into the PC)

Your gonna have to re-route the tracks that are using the masterfx "FX" to a buss track instead of the master out. Save the Master FX setting and place in the buss track. (then that buss track routes to master which has no fx) And your new recording uses it's own track FX...and ...thats what you need to do.
